Renting in Casa Lunga: COSTS
Costs: Renting in Casa Lunga, which comfortably sleeps 2/3 people, costs €100 per night for two people, or €500 per week for two people (ie., the sixth and seventh nights are free).
Euros are preferred, but CHF (CHF 170.- per couple, per night, CHF 850.- per week). Please note however that the Swiss franc price is higher than the Euro price, to reflect the administrative banking costs. Payment in Euros therefore remains better value for guests. Payment in sterling is no longer accepted, due to the current financial markets.
Please note that, on the assumption that guests will choose to leave the flat as clean as they found it, this price includes everything, including use of the private secure garage, bed linen etc - there are no hidden "extra" costs.
HOWEVER: all damages must be paid for, and guests who prefer not to clean the flat themselves at the end of their stay must pay a surcharge fee of €150 instead.

Renting in Casa Lunga: information about DEPOSITS
Deposits: A €300 cash deposit, and proof of identity, will be required when you collect the key. This will be fully refundable when you leave, provided there are no deductions necessary for damages or excessive soiling, at the management's sole discretion.

Non-smoking policy: Please note that Casa Lunga operates a strict non-smoking policy.
Renting in Casa Lunga: CHILDREN
Children: While Casa Lunga and many of the various activities offered by this region are ideally suited to adults, parents wishing to stay with children are also welcome. HOWEVER, please note that children's safety and amusement is ENTIRELY parents' responsibility.
